We happily service Houston and surrounding areas, we require a $750 rental minimum for all delivery orders under 40 miles away. Orders over 40 miles away will require a $2000 rental minimum. Orders over 100 miles away require a $5000 rental minimum.
Delivery and pickups will take place as determined by Evangeline Event Designs LLC. Dates on your contract are strictly placeholders. You will be provided a 2-hour delivery/collection window approximately one week prior to your event date. Our professional delivery team handles all furniture assembly, setup, breakdown and pickup. Tableware is drop-off only unless previously arranged otherwise.
Requests for delivery/collection the day of the event, after hours, or delivery/collection at specific times will result in an additional fee. An additional fee will also be charged for deliveries that do not have direct parking or require the use of stairs/elevator.

We get it! It happens. We offer an optional damage waiver on every order for any normal wear and tear, stains, and rips. The damage waiver does not include damage due to neglect such as loss, rain damage, misplaced property, etc. If the item breaks, or is misplaced, there will be a replacement cost of 5x the rental cost to replace the item.

First we ask you to fill our contact form and include as much information about your event as possible. We will then respond via email to confirm availability of services requested.
Based on the services you are requesting a phone consultation may be needed to gather all the information needed for a more accurate quote.
Once your invoice is sent you will be given a deposit amount due at the time of booking our services along with a sign agreement.
Please keep in mind your event is not booked until deposit and agreement have been paid and signed.

Our cut-off time for same-day delivery is 12:00 PM. Thus, kindly place your order(s) before the time stated to enjoy same-day delivery.
If you have placed an order beyond the stated time, you’ll only be able to select tomorrow’s date as the earliest delivery date.

Orders placed same day before our cut-off time will be delivered between 2pm - 6pm
Orders Placed with day prior or days in advance will be delivered between
10 am - 4pm
If you need an order to be delivered at a specific time please give us a call or leave a note with instructions at check out.

Absolutely! But please keep in mind that certain flowers are subject to availability from our suppliers. Some flowers may also be substituted accordingly.
To avoid mishaps, kindly contact us at least 1 week before the preferred delivery date, so we can ensure things run smoothly and your order arrives on time. Contact us and we will help you create the flower arrangement of your dreams.

We are located in Pearland near highway 288 & Magnolias Pkwy but we services Houston and surrounding areas. There is a surcharges for areas over 30 miles based on our delivery locations.

We understand how frustrating this is and we truly apologise for the inconvenience. Late deliveries may be caused by unforeseen situations such as bad weather, heavy traffic, accidents, vehicle breakdown, etc.
Our driver would immediately inform the person in charge to arrange for another driver to take over their deliveries if the unforeseen situations mentioned above happen. Please note that this transition takes time, therefore we seek your understanding and patience.
During holidays delivery times may be extended and will announced on our website and social media accounts.
