CORPORATE EVENTS

Evangeline Event Designs provides design guidance for every aesthetic component of your event. We focus on your overall branding needs of the client to give your event that extra splash of color from corporate holiday parties to small brand activations, to weekly floral deliveries, we help elevate your brand and event into a cohesive, memorable experience for you and your guest.

How it works

  • We arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before your event for set up. Once set up is done, we leave and return when event is over.

  • You can choose up to 4 color combinations not including greenery. Although flower colors can’t be exact we will try our very best to match your color options.

  • spray-roses, mums, mini-carnations, hypericum, sunflowers,stock, tulips, Lizzies, Gerber daisies, pompoms, snapdragons, or other fresh in-season florals and lush greenery.

  • The floral portion of packages includes: Ten flower types + two buckets of greenery We pick the freshest in-season flowers for your event. Floral Wrappings and Ribbons are provided.

    The rental portion of your package includes: Flower display stand and buckets with flower labels Chalkboard easel with directions on how to select blooms and care for flowers at home Flower snips Market display table and table cloth

  • We offer different packages that start at $30 per guest. We require a minimum of $650 flower package order prior delivery & set up fee.

    We also offer various add-on options such as backdrops, Bars, personalize stationery and much more.
